3 Turn Win Combo Not in t1, t2, t3 of Modern
MTG Gameplay Chat
Hi guys! I like finding out ways to win on turn 3 that aren't expensive/widespread. Any ideas as to those here?

My old old list:
Excepting land base, it's really cheap. Can repeatedly win t4.
Of course, if you don't like going infinite you won't like this as there are about 7 different ways to do so.
Cards that could potentially win on T3:
• Midnight Guard + Presence of Gond = Infinite Elves if you can get a mana dork out turn 1.
• Devoted Druid + Quillspike = Infinitely big Quillspike
• Pili-Pala +
Other fun combos:
• Hunted Phantasm/Hunted Troll + Illness in the Ranks. Add Blood Artist and/or Suture Priest for fun!
• Dovescape + Pyrohemia/Illness in the Ranks = Oops!
• Ascetism + Platnum Angel + Abyssal Persecutor = Game lock
And if you want to play the best deck possible for Magic, look here:
There's a decent token whack build by SaffronOlive that clocks in at about $85 in paper. Total.
I had two agressive modern-playable decks which were both consistently winning on turn four (back in the day). One of them was basically what
reposted, although I played even some more lategame cards (so it was a bit slower), like Goblin Warchief and Empty the Warrens (the deck also included Storm Entity, Vault Skirge and maybe some other cards - it was rather a silly deck). The next one was a
adapted to modern (and without fetches). I used them only at FNM's, in my casual playgroup we play 2HG a lot and those decks aren't really viable there, but it was really fun to win against all the expensive Tron and Jund decks.
is mine - homebrew scissors for modern at only $60 with 2 t3 win combos.
3 commons: Tireless Tribe, About Face, Fling.
Midnight Guard/Mirran Spy/Battered Golem/Nettle Drone + Banishing Knack/Retraction Helix + Memnite/Ornithopter/Any other 0 drop artifact (All but Midnight Guard) = Infinite Storm count/ Artifact (creature) ETBs
I like this one because each combo piece has at least 2 things that can be used for it
W/R Pauper. Turn 2.
I have a t3 legacy list that's only about $200 to make non-upgraded. It's about $500 with the force of wills.

Have you looked at
? I think you could budget it down a bit.
