I felt good about old Scorch as everything about him clicked as I made it as I had a good feeling he might get some traction, but Collette is a pleasant surprise she made the list for individual mechanics. It was a fun and silly idea amused me when it was complete. I'm happy be on the board with those. Thanks for hosting/judging @Corwinnn .
Thanks for judging. It was interesting lol I think Arcane Unmaking kinda ruined jump-scare. Jump-scare should be put on cards that can't be normally cast on instant timing. It could have been simply "Flashback - {u}{u}{b}, Discard a card with cmc 3." Of course Stoker of the Vengeant Flame would fit into any aggro decks because it's OP. Arc Lightning must not have body, and it must not be cheaper. Also casting spells after combat is a basic strategy though.. at least in current rules
I want to give shot out to @theran_baggins. Chronomatic Duplication is such a creative card!
@Corwinnn Thank you for hosting this contest! It's the first on these forums that I've every entered, and I was (pleasantly) surprised to see three of my cards posted as "best for individual mechanic." I feel that the experience of making my entries, and having conversations with the other smiths about different cards' design and card balancing really helped me grasp a better understanding of the ins and outs of Cardsmith and MTG design as a whole. I look forward to the next Mechanix Challenge, this was fun!
noice, got top on materialise that surprised me, I kinda expected other cards to do better haha but I do like how I made shade's touch so totally see it

I agree on both counts.

@Tomigon
Thank you for the shout out!
On a similar note, I would like to give a shout out to @Ranshi922 for "Sailor's Bane" [https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/sailors-bane-1 ], I love their use of mechanics to add to the flavor of the card.
Thanks @Corwinnn, and congrats @Winners!
[ @Tomigon - Yup! ]

@Tomigon I understand and accept your criticism.
I meant to ask if you had any thoughts on my cards using Fury and my rewording choice:
https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/exacerbate
https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/rampant-tandem
Exacerbate seems fair. Rampant Tandem seems too powerful to me.
