Reserved list fixing+Bonus Challenge

(Thanks to @Chairforce for the ideas!)
So, basically, what you'll have to do is take a card from the reserved list. (That can be found here: http://archive.wizards.com/Magic/tcg/article.aspx?x=magic/products/reprintpolicy)
Then you try to "fix" that card's powerlevel by making as less changes as you can so it's not Uber-broken as it was before. (If this isn't clear you can always tell me and I'll explain you :'v)

Bonus Challenge
The weird tribal support.
This one's a bit more fun, your goal is to make a card that would synergize with an uncommonly played tribe. I.e, Lizards or Hounds, Weirds, stuff like that.

There will be no real prizes just a ranking because I don't have ideas for prizes. :'v
That's it! Have fun!

@Chairforce has a notable lead on the other contestants! But who is that behind him? Who is the dark horse racing to catch him? Who is this new contender!?
    ...no, seriously.
  • Nobody because this challenge is apparently not likeable enough :V @CrucibleOfHate

I would like to say a few things.

Cards on the reserved list are not necessarily broken. Not even powerful, sometimes. For quite a few, they were just bad ideas.

Also, I was going to remake Lich, but I realized they already did it with Lich's Tomb.

And question: Are we making the fewest functional changes, or the fewest changes to the concept of the card? I was going to fix Treachery, but my modification completely changed the meaning of the card, when all I did was add a line of text and changed the mana cost.
