Face Your Fears - Challenge
edited May 2
Edit: I only just noticed the participation favorite thing so I choose Nocentous, Solar Aegis. He's one of my most recent cards.
I try not to use cards that don't have full images.

Two weeks left!
You both have become fearless.
, what do you think of the choice of image? I showed it to my arachnophobic coding teacher and he was seemingly fine with it. (That
have been on account on it having been a thing from a video game he likes, but still.)

I really liked it. It was a very good choice :)
Edit: what I like the most is that it horrifying without being too explicit, a nice psychological horror twist for it.
Just a week left!
I'll try to enter more cards, if I can. I just wanna avoid looking at Spider artwork.
I found a particularly horrifying one if you want it.
I'd rather run. *Jumps out her window*
Where's the fun in that? Don't you want a little, potentially more, trauma? I've heard it really spices up people's lives.
, repost my Arachnophobia! XD
Well, face your fears challenge xD
sorry for being late I just saw your edit! I just faved your card. (And a couple others I really liked!)
Reminder for everyone else that there's a participation favorite that you guys can still claim.

(Not really my biggest fear but for the sake of the contest, we all can pretend anyway.
Not trying to accusing anyone that they're lying, but this is the internet. And of course anyone can playing pretend so easily anytime here, obviously.)
It's fine, I was honestly okay without any favorites. I thank you though for favoriting Nocentous and all the ones you liked.
Created a card, forgot to post it. Ha ha.
My biggest fear is that someone I care deeply about is terribly affected by something and I have no idea what's even going on before it's too late. In other words, guilt.
(Yes I did just use quotes from a popular play. Sue me)
Reminder: Sunday is the last day to submit.
I'm extremely happy with the cards you guys have submitted so far :D
(I don't know if I should do cards for every contestant, I feel like it kinda derails the thread... Although it was nice.)
I have a semi-reasonable yet near-debilitating fear of head trauma. I get really vivid intrusive thoughts about tripping on things and falling and hitting my head or accidentally stabbing myself in my head and stuff. It's weird to explain but the vivid thoughts really mess with me. Tried to turn it into a balanced card with a funny quote.

I'm scared to be betrayed by my friend , and sometimes , I'm very shy because of this fear. But I have to say that's my friends are the best. So , with this fear in mind , !i want to create this card with the logic of beeing betrayed and this card born into my mind...
Time for results!

3rd Place: Katarreophobia by
Portrays your fear perfectly AND it's flavourful. The art is breathtaking!
2nd Place: Autophobia by
Now this card got me thinking for a while. Because it's weird. But it just fits so well this contest. It's extremely flavourful without needing flavour text. Being scared of ones actions is truly horrific. And it costs 1 less each time, just like we let go of our humanity more and more each time we behave badly.
1st Place: Agliophobia by
This card is the full package. It's creative, flavourful, the art is on point and it's balanced. I showed it my magic circle and they loved it :D
Congrats to all winners! Comment below or DM me with the cards you want me to favorite.
And thank you all for participating, I'll try not to derail the thread next time. Stay tuned for more.
Thank you so much for 3rd place.
Favorite these ones please:

You dare deny the
master of fears
? Very bold of you... :(
Here's my faves, if you would, please:
I'm fearless now :) *creates a card for himself*

I was terrified by the eggplant that chases you on Wonder Boy on NES when you run out of time, to the point of running.
, fearlessness doesn't exist. No matter how much you rationalize, no matter how much you lie, no matter how much you bury it, everyone is afraid of something. Everyone will always fear something; it is a fact of life: fear is eternal.
