@DrakeGladis yes planeswalkers are allowed, so long as they are blue or colorless and are flavorful with the theme of this contest, which is anything relating to the ocean.
For the second time this week, I find myself making a Lovecraft inspired card... Beware the madness that spreads through all who hear it... In his house at R'lyeh, dead Cthulhu lies dreaming... but with strange aeons, even death may die... A transforming land that becomes a massive creature, that can turn back into a land if certain conditions are met.
As a note, the land is not legendary, however, if more than one is on the battlefield, both would trigger on the same turn and transform, and since Cthulhu is legendary, the player would need to sacrifice them until just one remains. As for Cthulhu, my thought process is that by destroying creatures when he attacks, he will be potentially reducing his own pool of madness counters, slowly chipping away at his power until he becomes a land again (or providing clear targets for opponents to try to destroy to get him off the board... if you putt all your counters on one of your own creatures that an opponent hits with an unsummon, bye bye Cthulhu).

I hope that this works

Hopefully this is acceptable for the challenge?
