La'ay is his domain, that is always somewhere else unless you are in it. It looks entirely impossible, but it still exists anyway. As well as that, it is beautiful. All my other pictures look basically the same except more pencil (search La'ayiv into cardsmith and look at that art), and I mean by make him look like an avatar make it look real but not like a regular creature.
@Tomigon, I don't want to overwhelm you with too many requests, but this one should be simpler than my last one. Do you think you could make the tactician in this image look like a lich, preferably one obscured by cloaks?
@KorandAngels Sorry, I skipped yours. If I understood you correctly, you asked me to design the creature and the environment and draw them. That's almost like full art commission. It's more than Photoshopping. If this was an art commission thread, I would do yours. But what I want to do here is just editing and coloring.
Would you be able to change all the water in this picture to an inky black color and make the fire golden? Also would you be able to change hair to either blonde or black (whichever is easier) and make the red in her robes black instead? If that's too much, I understand. Thanks so much for offering this!
@The-DM, because they are close but not quite what we are envisioning. In my case, I needed a Lich planning something, but there was no art that worked for that, so I asked for a tactician to become a lich.
I do feel like I took Teferi's mechanic identity and almost did it justice despite that both of his main things are never mono-white. (Card draw and extra turns.) He also accomplishes the whitest part of his identity: Preventing one's opponents from casting evil and mean instants. Goes with this card in a story I've come up with:
Put a card from your hand onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature. It has "Pay this spell's mana cost: If this is a permanent card, turn it face up."

Why do you think it's a bad picture? I mean, if you see this, you think it's bad?
What does "an actual avatar" look like in your mind? Avatars in MtG have many forms.
What is "La'ay"?
I'd like to see some more sketches.
Can you make this guy look Azorius?
I do not know I am asking correct for this type of topic. lmao.
And the art that I used: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/d9/8c/4a/d98c4a99599740ca7dc9948ed9f39d3e.jpg
@SNAPcreator7
This is the best that I could. I needed to trace all outlines so it took time.
@DrakeGladis
That's super easy!

I used one of your drawings and the background @CassZero made.
I actually like that very much

Art is by Allie Briggs on Artstation, she's a great artist!

Well, I guess it doesn't matter. I'll be taking the original art and using it for myself...
Also because I enjoy photoshopping!
@Tomigon
Fair enough, I guess.
Nevertheless, I might be taking some of the original art, if you don't mind.
