Citizen was a creature type made on only one token for one card called planewide celebration. there just 2/2's that are all colours

I think what he means is that you can't follow the pattern of "Name(comma) Title" it has to be just a name or title. I could be wrong though.

Something I randomly came up with Headbang X (Whenever this creature fights another creature, it get +X/+0 until end of turn). Benefits for beating up other peoples creatures.
