@mlg20555 Which karn? =P
-
@Bowler218 I'm just curious, really.
-
Are old cards allowed?
-
61-- Ascend & 77-- Cost more to cast/force player to pay/unless player pays Oh hey white shares these two in its color identity!
-
@Temurzoa I can't find any mention of Yectil anywhere.
-
I'll post some feedback to your cards. I'd certainly start with what @tomigon has mentioned as wording and color pie in particular are a bit off whack.
-
@pjbear2005 But... +1/+1 counters ;-;
-
@pjbear2005 Jellyfish. Hydra. How can you hate that?
-
I would like to represent my fellow Simic Combine members.
-
@KJMartin @Bowler218 I wasn't planning on making many more cards than what I've already contributed. I was just helping Bowler get started. I think there's some merit to designing a more wild cube. My approach was simply "design a set without rari…

@Bowler218 That's arguably stronger. I've dabbled with that style of land, but remember a land as narrow as Eye of Ugin with this sort of effect got banned.
-
@Bowler218 That's just a slightly modified OG dual land, the strongest land cycle in the game.
-
I think the lands should be mana fixing of some sorts, but I'm not sure what to do with them...
-
@Bowler218 I'd rather have them add mana than manipulate life. Moving those onto hynrid mana enchantments isn't too bad an idea, though...
-
@DoctorFro Cubes have archetypes the same reason sets have archetypes: it promotes coherency and choice among the cards and keeps the cube from devolving into "the guy with the best cards wins" it also drastically decreases the chance players will…
-
@Bowler218 Your land cycle is too strong. Lands shouldn't add more than one mana at a time without a downside. Look at Ancient Tomb. That adds two colorless mana, has a downside to it, and is still considered one of the most powerful lands in MTG.

Planeswalkers!

The real enemy is ourselves. We will rip ourselves apart slowly but surely. We all serve our own minds and can't comprehend its name for it has none beyond the generic term "brain" or "mind." Our quest, our trial is to overcome our own selves and be…

@AxNoodle I thought Marit Lage was a sort of nickname humans gave it...?
-
My guess is Marit Lage
-
I'd see it through but suggest starting fresh instead
-
Okay! Here's a proof-of-concept set of multicolor cards!
-
@Bowler218 Okay that's much easier to work with!
-
@Bowler218 I can't seem to think of a way to make the mill archetype fit into UW. Can we change the UW archetype?
-
@Bowler218 You'll want madness to make that archetype function more smoothly
-
@Bowler218 Like madness?
-
@TrestleT
-
@Bowler218 Also, what's your black/red archetype?
-
Anyway, let's get smithing!
-
Okay. Here's the links:
