Another legend from legends. I literally searched for legends from legends and found Livonya. Upgrade & flavour text based off of original card. I hope it works well enough.

BR clown flavour could be like Rakdos - putting on shows which kill more people than they entertain. Mechanicly, they could have drawbacks for advantages that aren't really worth it.
