Just tried Mythic It works like Legendary, but you can't have more than one Mythic permanent on the battlefield.

@kandra127 yes I think so too. I just can't tell if Cipher was a bad mechanic or wotc couldn't balance it since I've never seen anyone play it ... I think encrypt, would have been a better start than cipher. Maybe it was too ahead of its time (lol).
