@cadstar369 Does this work? Flash You may cast your first spell each turn as though it had flash. Whenever you cast a spell during an opponent's turn, draw a card. {t}, Discard a card: Untap up to one target permanent.

@jaceberlin I like this creature because, if you're in a 4-player game, you're likely to have a great deal of choices. I think it's well balanced, I personally don't see anything wrong with it. Good job.
