True, I'm just used to editing my older cards that don't have the pencil edit button when I click on them, so I have to manually click through my entire collection until I find it to edit.
-
@KalamMekhar *nerd alert siren wailing*
-
@Faiths_Guide *sighs*
-
@Tomigon your entry is fine; it counts. @Brainifyer yep @sanjaya666 that would be run in any Izzet EDH deck ever. I think the cmc is fine, but the last ability probably shouldn't cost a single R to activate.
-
New:____________________________________________Old: Only one of the most classical Magic villains of all time, and the coolest card in Homelands, save maybe Thallid.
-
Yey, finally an entry! XD
-
Basically, but instead of the snow mana symbol for costs, spells care about being "steam-powered".
-
@Blazin_Biscuit updated description; giving it 3 weeks.
-
@Platypusburger the steam mechanic stems from these three cards: They are considered to produced steam-powered mana, and a spell is steam-powered if mana from a steam-powered source was spent to cast it. @Lujikul it's a pretty relaxed definition,…
-
Is there a policy on cycling and similar mechanics that say "draw a card" in reminder text?
-
@Gelectrode an upkeep cost of {1} would kind of break the point of them being basic lands, and as I mentioned in the additional rules, I wanted the cards to be of an eternal format power level. They're similar enough to snow-covered lands from Ice A…

First entry:
-
Didn't want to miss the Mechanix challenge a second time in a row with one of my keywords featured. Also just realized this is the only submission that actually uses Imperialism
-
@DoctorFro the reason I originally cost it that way is because it costs 3, 4, or 5 mana depending on how much life you pay. It averages out at 4 mana, which fits the challenge.
-
Since no older entries wasn't specified, just gonna drop this one in, WHEEEEE:
-
First entry:
-
Final entry, EDH category: @Faiths_Guide lol, I forgot Krampis was a Bidoof enthusiast, I just picked a limited edition joke symbol since I still have premium status for a goofy entry ^-^
-
Second entry, non-categorical:
-
Sorry I haven't been on in a while. My entire family has the flu and I've been having to care for everyone. I'll get my last two entries in today. Also, I'll keep my Modern entry as is since I submitted it first :P
-
Distracting Sprite isn't necessarily better than Spellstutter even if you control no other Faeries. Opponents can still pay the {2} if they have mana open. I think what sets mine apart is that 1) I'm not countering a spell, I'm bouncing a permanent…
-
Whelp, I guess neither of us get much points for originality, since Spellstutter Sprite exists. LOL
-
Eh, if @Faiths_Guide can't make cards temporarily, how do we go on about this? Am I allowed to make my other entries before his responses?
-
First entry, aimed at the Modern format:
-
@Faiths_Guide I'm taking Spirits first. Gonna let the ol noodle simmer for a bit before I make a submission, though.
-
Second entry:
-
I'm really enthused that recycling was such a popular mechanic for this challenge! Thanks to everybody for participating!
-
Three abilities may be an overload, but it makes so much mechanical sense I couldn't not do it.
-
I knew what I was going to get, but I took the quiz anyway. It's time for a little order in here:
-
I must say, @TenebrisNemo 's comment section is shaping up to be rather entertaining.
