Isn't the mana cost of the cards irrelevant? These cards literally can't be paid for; the only way to get them into the game is by casting them for free with the book. Maybe recursion strategies could care?

Both of Rhys' activated abilities do roughly the same thing (make tokens from tokens), so I changed the last one to the 'archer' ability.

"Can't block" is red, "can't be blocked" is blue, "must block" is white, and "must be blocked" is green. Putting "must block" in white is a bend (it shows up more in green, but is a fairly uncommon effect), but I don't think it's a break.

I might be worried about the possibility of giving cipher to a spell that gives extra turns. Slap it on a Triton Shorestalker or something and lock opponents out of the game.
