@LONEvvolf No. A gamble card would be like the cards Tomi linked at the top. Dice roll, random permanent destruction, and luck of the draw - draw something big, take big damage.

@Corwinnn Oh. @AustinSmith Siren is already better than Oculus, and Manashift makes it reasonable. Painter's Servant would make this a hatable and accessible deathtouching two-drop for monoblue.

Um, you read the huge text box, right? The challenge here, is to make a common card that borders on overpowered, except won't be banned in modern. So technically, we're talking about the Modern metagame, like UR Burn, before TC got kicked out.

@ChuffBucket You know, the emblem doesn't work for creature spells. When a spell that's a copy of a creature spell resolves, it's not a creature, so it just... disappears, or something like that, right? I don't remember.
