Sure you can use real cards. But try to make some custom cards though.

Your deck will have to be good for 1 v 1 and 4 way

Your deck must be must be exactly 60 cards. You will add 20 cards for each round you win making the final round a battle of four 100 card decks. Unless you guys want to start with exactly 40 and add 30 instead.

Maybe we should have 3 rounds instead of 4. That lowers the amount of needed players down to 16.
