I'm back from a recent inactivity. Long story short, I got a job and was working 9 hours everyday, but now I only have to work every other day so you can expect new things from me!

@shadow123 I thought about making it a common, but then I though about it a little. Does a 2/1 haste that can immediately take out small creatures really small enough to be a common? so I went with uncommon just to be safe.

@KorandAngels There isn't an existing term for the noncounter pluses and minuses in the actual game... I think that Enhancements and Reductions work fine in this case.
