Just going to clarify how Dreamsnatcher works. It taps, "making a creature go to sleep" (attack) then when it does, the Dreamsnatcher is ready to, well, snatch it's dreams.

This was an interesting card to make. It would be fun if the untap symbol was reprinted, and you could give a creature with a tap ability an untap ability. This could certainly be used in EDH for broken interactions, and I have Zero idea if it's at …

I think this would be good as a finisher in utility artifact themed decks. Its only strong if you have enough artifacts out and it makes them die to removal. Also, it kills all 0 mana artifacts. (Artifact lands, Mana vault, Moxes.) Maybe in a UW art…
