Featuring the new Izzet mechanic, (that must now make four, right?) Modulate. Basically gives you to option to ditch your plans and start others. Sometimes even the most boring and predictable experiments can lead to the most unexpected results!

Remember to properly credit artists in your set. These pieces of art take time, and it's pretty insulting to the artists when you don't take the 30 seconds to identify them.

My first entry. Also note that flying creatures can't be blocked by creatures without flying or reach and that tapped creatures can't block creatures. A nice medley of blue's signature stuff, in my opinion.
