@AustinSmith I want to see good, original designs where the theme is integral to the card, not just good flavor. Flavor is important (as we saw with this battle), but this is really a stipulation design challenge at its core.

Question 28 is kind of silly. That said, Flying/Vigilance should be a Mono white or U/W card, not some sort of weird BG card. I don't think WOTC would ever print a BG vigilant flyer.

@Tomigon I read the card wrong. I thought it said "exile target creature with power less than this card's converted mana cost." Maybe you should change it to that if you have power level concerns...

@AustinSmith I don't know, Distracting Sprite is better than Spellstutter Sprite if you control no other Faeries when you play it. I don't know if it is enough to bring the Fae back to prevalence, but it might see a little bit of play.

@Faiths_Guide I agree The reason I selected 4 specific tribes for you to choose from is because these are (in my opinion) the 4 most interesting tribes that don't see competitive play at the time I'm writing this.

@Jonteman93 I wouldn't call Bazaar of Baghdad a negative effect, even though you do end up at a net loss of 1 card. Putting stuff in the graveyard for free is actually really good in combination with stuff like dredge and reanimator spells.
