That's an over all good card @Scaccogaming, but you might want to push it to uncommon and up the toughness by 1. That would be pretty good late game and decent early. Your cards keep getting better!

If you want a temporary boost mechanic, what about: Whenever this creature attacks, you may discard a card. If you do, this creature gets +N/+N until end of turn.

I suggest scrapping Dual-Burst totally. @Scaccogaming has proven that it won't play to fun and doesn't fit very thematically.
