I don't think so, because you'll be having both attack at once, so even if you get two additional combat phases, you won't be able to copy them since they're exerted and not attacking in the second combat phase. At least, that's my understanding.

Life gaining Phyrexian mana sounds cool, but I have no idea how it'd be balanced, and we can't make it a perfect inverse, since no one but the most novice players or the most desperate would pay additional mana just to gain a little life.
