@Arceus8523 I think I have a clock card that may fit the time distortion theme of the blue aspect of your set. But instead of speeding thins up it slows it down.

Give it also the ability for opponents to add counters on it.

The thing that bothers me is that it has a black border and colorless in the mana cost. For balance I would have done a D10 so it's not possible to turn 1 kill someone.

I think the rarity is a problem with those abilities and how synergistic it'd be with its own colors.

I hope you can forgive me but I tried to 'update' the wording so it is read like a card in some of the newer modern sets. Plus I had to choose which reminder text was more important so... I chose Fortify since it came first.

@syntheticreign I think that It that Ceases Infinity's mana increasing abilit is a bit too much for its power and cost. Either tone down the creature's power and toughness or tone down the cost increase.
