Is it the cards not saving? Because I have had that problem and if you hit the back button (the back arrow on the tab) for some reason the card saved. IDK.

Mana works through being channeled through leylines in the ground. Perhaps Tropicolva was at an intersection with many leylines just as they began to fluctuate.
