Cause who doesn't like random effects and storm! The useless part of this spell is that you have already have an instant or sorcery on the stack, otherwise you can't use it. Given its mana cost, that requires some thinking to work around.

Ignore my previous statement. The play testing will happen at 7:00 p.m. EST once more (I'm sorry @MemoryHead ). However, I need more than one player to say that can play test at that time, otherwise I will move it to a later date.

It's kinda hard to find rats that aren't being overtly destructive (*cough cough* Skaven). Guess I'll just include other races. As you can see, espionage is Rathalka's favorite way of info gathering.
