Since this is apparently still going on, here's something. In the courts of the true ruler, a hush falls as the queen exits the chamber for the first time since establishing the colony. With grace and poise, she takes measured steps that softly cla…

Is this over?

The True Ruler demands submission from the land. First the people were empowered to survive. Now the lands must be made to yield before the dominion of the queen. Such incredible power as can be controlled by a single entity is spread out into the …

Disappearances had become so common place that the citizenry were beginning to question their leaders. Knights questioned if there was hope to be had in such places as this. What beast or power could be slipping under the nose of the True Ruler. In…

Hey thanks. I won't lie, Dark Souls is a big inspiration for the vibe and as a result much of the art is being pulled from it and things adjacent to it in theme. Honestly I'm super impressed with the factions this go around. A lot more energy to the…

The kingdom of Antaias was long busy setting up its future when an earthquake most terrible destroyed much of their progress. "What shall we do of this great cataclysm?" Queries a knight to the High Court of her royal highness, the queen. "We will…

"My lady, the land freezes over. The people will perish if we don't do something soon." Speaks a young knight from the Marble Order. The Queen gives him a side long glance before standing. She answers not to him but to the whole assembly of her cou…

The Kingdom of Antaias sends forth the Fifth Order of Daybreak, one of countless martial monastic brotherhoods. The initial reports are solemn. The land is untamed and tragically allowed to rest in quiet desperation waiting for hands to mold it into…

The Kingdom of Antaias Leader: Queen Matrel has been the ruler of Antaias for longer than anyone can remember. She's been successfully assassinated dozens if not hundreds of time over the past thousands of years. Sadly for every would be replacemen…

Can I also get a ping. I'm interested in having a reason to come here again and this was rather fun at times.

Losing based on seniority is a little disheartening but it was fun. I'll probably keep tabs on here but I don't really have a reason to keep making cards without a this. Am I allowed to do a leave off post for the Talniri with cards representing th…

Tonme, leader of the Talniri Clan, was barely keeping it together. He felt his mind beginning to unravel ever since he had reforged time in his lands. Between trying to keep the cut throat politics in his realm from spilling into all out civil war a…

Upon the Talniri shores the fleet was being brought into order. They would venture into the waters with an army ready to tame the lands beyond. There is strength in numbers and that is why the largest force yet mustered by the chief was being sent f…

Tonme was reviewing troop positions from the top of a command tower. It wasn't easy to expand when things were going crazy in the outside world. He looked upon the full unfractured moon. He drew his blade and carved it across the sky watching as rea…

Late in the night when the moon shattered, the shamans of the Talniri wasted no time in siphoning the immense magical power. Thanks to the near tireless nature of the Talniri people it took little time to gather the various sages together to begin a…

Tonme was quiet as the sages and shamans bickered about what to do. His counsel house had been full since yesterday. Nonstop debate had gone into whether they strike a deal with Nemain's powers or oppose them. "We must not bend our knee to these th…

The Talniri have enjoyed relative peace on Nemain. They plan to continue this. From the jounal of Arckus: My fathamnauts have taken to warping the fathom into a thick fog to those not protected by the Old Way's vows. The old wayers have reluctantl…

@RegalGorgon13 A messenger entered Tonme's tent straightening before speaking, "Tonme, the Wendigo has offered an alliance against the angels that push on the boundaries of our territory." Tonme sighed with annoyance. The messenger shifted nervous…

@LordTachanka123 the ability says monstrous 5 but the reminder text says three +1/+1 counters.

Tonme sits contemplating his options when Arckus his most trusted advisor enters the camp tent. "Arckus, what do the fathomnauts predict? How should we navigate these lands and their people?" The master fathamnaut stood with majesty while he spoke…

@RegalGorgon13 The scout entered into the expedition tent. "Sir, we have made contact with something." The captain looked annoyed, "What is it? Be more specific. What is this something?" With a long pause the scout attempted to explain, "They cal…

Tonme was looking at the horizon. Northern expansion was the goal but he couldn't help but enjoy the southern sea before him. "Sir, the preparations are complete." The voice of a senior fathomnaut came from behind him. Without turning to look at t…

@spookoops thanks! Card design is something I've always loved but only recently started putting down to reference later. Happy you like the ideas. I have a tendency to add to many things to one card and I'm trying to reduce it to be sleeker design.

Talniri Clan had always been distinct in its adherence to the Old Ways and ability to manipulate causation. Able to put off the cost of actions until later while also storing power to be applied immediately in a moments notice. After centuries of ho…

@HeroKP I see them. Thank you though. Well now I guess I'll hunt down an aesthetic I like.

Can anyone join and do we have to use original art or can we just use mtg art?
