About the rares, we will probably want to have a half-cycle of 5 duel colored rares. I don't think we should make all 10 multicolored rares based around the factions, so that people drafting have more variety.

Here are a few examples. The reason they don't have the set symbol yet is that they have been made in my "test" set and not in the actual set of course. I think I got the reminder text right but I could be wrong...

We could also just leave blue for the Vedalken, make the Vampires Rackdos, and the humans all three colors. I'm liking this idea more and more as I think about it since it would help balance out the tribes without breaking the color pie.
