I'll activate the ability of Weather Recycler to cast your Hailstorm again and then cast Redshift to change it into Firestorm, flipping everybody's minions face up and dealing damage to them.

I think there is a lot of design space there that Wizard's has not taken advantage of.

@Corwinnn I really like the colorless Tiger. Is it green or colorless? I like it a lot because you can play it in any deck, but unless you play it in a green deck, it is just a five mana 0/4 blocker which is pretty bad.
