@EnvyReaper no, they are not part of your deck and thus not “inside the game”. This page on the MTG Wiki (which has some super great info, I use it frequently when making cards) has a great write up on the “wish” mechanic: https://mtg.gamepedia.com…

@EnvyReaper that's not entirely true. It's known as the "wish" mechanic, and in black-bordered rules it refers to your sideboard if the format you're playing has a sideboard. See this link to all cards legal in "Legacy" that have "outside the game…
