@Stormtide That is a cool fact! Maybe I'll add something like a blue discovery of mana. @NokiSkaur Mana ramp works. These are good mechanics. And the return of vehicles makes perfect sense. Do you have any ideas for red and black?
-
@Stormtide Devotion? I think that may work. Check out earlier in the thread - my Hawaiian sea god.
-
@Stormtide I mean this is, like, Tarkir. Each tribe has a main color and I have yet to discern the sub-colors. @NokiSkaur Excellent, excellent! How about we call this ability Weave? We can tweak it as we go along. Can you come up with a mechanic th…

@Everyone Submit your card/mechanic ideas and/or ideas for what black red and green tribes should do. I also would like a bit of story structure, if you fancy yourself good at that.

@Stormtide Hmm, maybe Weisha should be updated. I had an idea - five monocolored tribes, two walkers. Maybe white can be Buddhist-like monks (I recently created one), blue is surfers and those sea-loving, Moana types... Like I said, red black green,…

Muse number three. Fact: You know the creative design thread? On page 22, @ningyounk had a list of five possible Muse names, and I just turned them into enemy colors xD
-
Muse number two - based off Erebos, Suicide Black, and "Pride goeth before a fall." If you reckon that it is too overpowered, just tell me.
-
@ningyounk Ik the tutorial, I just was too lazy xD Look up Muse of Love and Hate on the search on the home page and mine should come up
-
This card both gives you the new "Psylian" life and hurts your opponent (too OP?). Maybe it should have "Psylian lifelink." I think all the muses should have a helping "Love" side and a "Hate" side to hurt your opponent.

Nevermind

Where can I find the muse art?
-
@ningyounk I am at your beck and call
-
I nominate Tibalt as walker 1. One, he is mono-red. Two, he is obsessed with pain and destruction. I can see him wanting to destroy tons of art. And three, we haven't seen him since Avacyn Restored. That's a long time! Also, I think all the Grand …

Okay! Thanks @ningyounk

Could I maybe help a bit?
-
@Mellenius That is a good idea! Maybe there could be different regions on the plane - mountains for the white (and maybe red) tribes, islands for blue... to be honest, I'm not sure what else. But each one has to have a deity - Weisha can be a good …

Come to think of it, I never saw Moana. I have to watch it if I'm doing this
-
Yeah, sure! You can help @saveria201
-
I based this one... after... basically Hawaiian-flavored Thassa.
-
@saveria201 Dang... You have a point there with Oceania! There could be a Hawaiian/Polynesian themed one. Hmm... Got to do more research...
-
I had an idea, so I created this. Maybe this is a good creature mechanic?
-
Well, you gotta know Star Wars... This picks up after Episode VI. After his victory over the Empire, Luke decided to rebuild the Jedi Order. He took on hundreds of students, in training to become the new defenders of the galaxy. However, ten years l…

@Everyone got any ideas? This is my first (serious) set-creatin' rodeo, so I'm kinda stuck on this... *slinks off to go create more Star Wars cards*

Okay, I'm stuck. Maybe it should be Korea or something... I've to do some more research.
-
@Stormtide Maybe that's a viable idea...
-
So, Mongolia, China, Turkey, Russia, most of Southeast Asia... Gee.
-
Okay, from the MTG Wiki Khans of Tarkir block article: The Mardu are based on the Mongol hordes, the Jeskai are based on the Chinese Shaolin Monks, the Abzan are based on the Ottoman Turks, the Sultai are based on the Khmer Empire and the Temur are …

maybe we could do less common ones? Like Kamigawa was Japan. Kaladesh was India. I'm not quite sure about Tarkir. Maybe a different country...
