Unfortunately, Sir Stabby McStabber is an excellent fortune teller. I could amost include him if a few steps were taken to make it better suited. However, I may have a silly bonus round at the end so watch out.

I thought so too. I think I'll eliminate the last one as it shifts the scales too much in my opinion. Perhaps I'll add a question or two for a little more depth.

One more note, each faction would have 1 returning mechanic, and 1 original mechanic. The Hultaria also operate off of "tax counters". A very prominent trait among their cards.
