Probably Rasuul, Arlinn and at least one other planeswalker, and the wheel's card could exile both planeswalkers and creatures. I could have myself appear in the set because Jagan has to be strong but my planeswalker's other half is a demon the alm…

The wheel should be at the center of the plane and should have powerful protectors incase Jagan is released, but Jagan may be part mind mage and can slip past them

first set should end with Jagan's release from the wheel. the second set should focus on the impact of his release

i like the eclipse symbol, would love to see symbols based around angels, demons, cats, dragons and other creature types. Just want to give some suggestions to get some ideas flowing.
