@cadstar369 Blue/Red has a mono-colored red leader since the blue leader used to be Maut Davius, but he became corrupt and now has command of black/blue. Blue/Red therefore had two leaders, but is now just left with one

@Mcsweeting Naork should cost at least one U, since he has the ability to grant prowess, a common blue ability. Also, your wording for his ultimate is off, check Gideon from BFZ to see what I mean

@ReddEnderman I don't think it's quite broken, there a lot of creatures in the SOI/EMN block that have 2 or less toughness. My question is, where is the actual mana cost?
