@joemamajoe don't think this is the right place for that, but, for what it's worth, IMO it is way too good with stuff like dredge and I think it would be banned in modern and legacy pretty much immediately

@shadow123 that's not the part I'm concerned about. I'm pretty sure that when you're paying mana to cast spells they don't have targets yet.
