This ones a very unusual vehicle but i like it. High-Flying means it can only block creatures with flying. If it breaks any Vehicle rules tell me. Again I'm not good at balancing so I'm open to suggestions.

If that request is not good I can give another, How about a card that every player would run in their sideboard (format of your choice) but no one would run in their main. which does not have special rules relating to sideboards
