I know that this isn't aligned with the story canon, but I liked always liked the design of Oaths and planeswalker specific cards in general, so I explored the design space a little bit.

@Tomigon Thanks! I overlooked the un-sets when trying to find examples. I still think that it could use some of the wording of Nevermore and similar cards. I would like it to be able to combo well with Declaration of Naught

@Syrix Thanks! I'm no rules judge, I just know it is difficult to word that one. If something dies and returns to the battlefield, I think it might revert to the original form.
