The flavor text on blinding light is wrong because it initially stopped the casting of concreature spells, I felt like this was too broken/not white and so I changed it to this, forgetting to change the flavor. Not premium, rip.

Was initially going to be a planeswalker, you can see what I mean. But I couldn't find the right art and made it a creature instead.
