You cast Draft, Splice a Generations of Work on it, and later play the Angel. She buffs ALL of your allies, and gets tons of fun for it.

Uprising would be a paradox b/c it could increase it to above the lowest power/toughness, so it wouldn't get the buff, but then it is the lowest power/toughness, so it gets the buff..

Reforming N: Enters the battlefield with N reform counters on it. Whenever it dies, if it has a reform counter on it, remove one and return it to the battlefield.
