- A Mystery Challenge: Create a creature with 3 subtypes. Example: Human Barbarian Warrior. There was a much more mtg-y art for this available, but it had gore and I'm not sure how mtg feels about gore @jpastor another box my good man

Worr, son of Grunn. After a certain incident, Grunn decided that he wanted nothing with anyone and exiled his entire clan. Worr wants to change his mind.

Karev Fein, brother of Mavren Fein. While the latter believes in faith, the former believes in knowledge.

Rageland, son of Firesong and Sunspeaker

Entry 2: For problems 4 and maybe 1. It allows you to be much more aggressive, in any case.

Entry 1: For problems 2 and some of 3:

This uses an old mechanic by @MaverickGV. I wanted to try to make something for lands (if they count as an underappreciated tribe).

These are the abilities I've used on my cards so far. Dunno if any of them are repeats of anything on here. Adapt (When [this creature] enters the battlefield, you may place a -1/-1 counter on it to give it Flying. Repeat this for first strike, lif…

So is tribal any subtype? Like can I do something for land creatures? I think plains and islands are very underappreciated.

@Fallen_Lord_Vulganos Collaborate color cycle? Here's another for the contest:

This is a card that I made awhile ago I think for the Legendary Sorcery/Instant/Partners contest. I remade it to clean it up a bit and removed weird wording.

Token legendaries exist. Marit Lage from Dark Depths is one. Karox Bladewing from Verix Bladewing is another. I would word it like (Cost, Exile this: Create a legendary token named X with its abilities). If the abilities are too long, you can just …

I was thinking about this kind of thing recently because I saw the card Guttural Response and thought what if dual ally colors could do something their mutual enemy could do? Within flavor anyway. There are probably ways to really push the boundari…

I suggest using the wording but putting somewhere that the cards they transform into are not meant to be part of your deck. Maybe use the word "token"?

I used her art for June. It just felt perfect. Original Art: https://www.deviantart.com/juliedillon/art/Planetary-Alignment-149320302

Thanks for the contest @worldslayer15 and grats to the winners. It was fun thinking of cards for a theoretical bird city. Here are the faves: https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/june-wetherbee-1 https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/golgari-animist-1 https://mtg…

Thanks for the contest, and grats to the winners. Here's my faves: https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/squee-goblin-philosopher https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/golgari-animist-1 As for a contest... ... ... how about something regarding triple colors or mo…

the second one is overly complicated. you should just make it a Legendary Enchantment Artifact - Equipment and then treat it like an equipment. It's also pretty damn OP only taking 3 mana to equip a legendary to make it regenerate? brb making lyra g…

- A Mystery Challenge: Create a non-blue creature that allows you to draw cards. @jpastor another box please

Based of Hearthstone's taunt/bolf ramshield

My all time favorite is Felidar Sovereign. He just looks super cool. I also love the Hour of Devastation basic lands with the Bolas horns. I wish WotC would make more centrally themed land cycles like that.

This is an accessory card for my entry into the Planeswalker reactivation challenge, June Wetherbee, a field researcher that travels the multiverse and studying both civilizations and wild creatures. Btw, what's the word when you're both an anthropo…

Born in Ravnica, June Wetherbee had always been an adventurous girl. She spent her days bugging angels, staring at vampires and wondering how big gruul can actually get. But the guild that drew her attention the most is the Simic Combine and their v…

@Corwinnn I dont think that's the appropriate way because demanding dragon puts the choice on the opponent but sabotage is your choice.

If it's always going to be "when it enters the battlefield", it's better to leave it is a standalone keyword (like the evergreen keywords) with reminder text if there's room If you want it to trigger via several different ways (enter, leave, damage…
