Using dismember as a blocking ability seems almost too good. So rather than scrap the card entirely, I tried to bring its power level down. I'm still not sure how I feel about it.

Ha!! It's not. I had googled the image to find the artist name, saw a bunch of results for Tibalt and just assumed. I just dug a little deeper and found that it is fan art of Tibalt. Lol I will repost the card.
