also I'm not sure if I'm judging the cards that are multi-colored with one of the colors I specified but are also other colors outside of white and green... i'll have to think about it.

You are right about how easy it could be to just stick it into a totally unrelated deck, but there is a reason that it is a converted mana cost 4 requirement...
