@ZendikarIncarnate, there are some reasons behind this. We had an unfortunate event with a publicly shared account a few months ago, so people tend to treat them as invite only with trusted members.

Extra accounts have been removed, the "prizes" for this challenge should also be updated to reflect a single accounts worth of feedback. We don't want to encourage spammy behavior, favorites should be used as a tool of merit - not a system for abuse.

Yep, in order to prevent the icon list from getting too crazy we rotate some our to make way for new ones. It may be gone, but not forever!
