2nd entry: I changed the wording on this entry to help make the layout of the cards text look more presentable. I also added some flavor text as I felt it needed it. Hope you like it. Making a functional yet useful common is very difficult.

The aura was meant to be enchant creature aura, but i didnt specify enough, so I suppose I'll let this slide since it fits flavorfully into the contest (i suppose if you used rats to benefit yourself to obtain the city's blessing.) @KorandAngels
