I made it:https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/sword-of-malevolent-death-2?list=user. I made it an Equipment instead of an Aura, because that made more sense. I also removed the Xs and gave it an equip cost, and by black land I assume they meant Swamp.

I don't want to have too many reprints, and I'd rather make new cards with old art than reprint them entirely

You can also use Annhilator, though keep the number small.

the first ability is really broken, make it a little less so.

Whoops! Sorry I am not much of a Tezzeret fan but had to include him as, the only other planeswalker who was originally mono-blue was Tamiyo and I already had a planeswalker with Innistrad as one of his planes, so I had to use him .

You can create your own planeswalker, however you have to tell me about them. You can also do an existing planeswalker.

I have 2 new mechanics in this set, Lore, which triggers whenever you draw a card other than the first card you drew that turn, and mill which you probalbly know what that means.
