Create a transforming creature that starts as a princess, but turns into something different. Could be an ogre, a succubus, or a warrior!
Left: origin side.
Right: Transform side.
A card representing my change into my inner Demon self. A Succubus looking for love!
Eternal flame (Any amount of damage this creature deals to a permanent is enough to exile it.)
Counter strike (Creatures blocking or blocked by this creature lose first strike and can't have or gain first strike until end of combat.)
Reincarnate {creature} as {description} (Exile that creature, then search the designated zone for a creature card with the specifiied characteristics, put it onto the battlefield under that player's control. If you searched a library this way, its owner shuffles it.)

Edit: I checked and Corwinnn's interpretation wouldn't work on my card mechanically. The transform side would do nothing by having no creatures.

Boar Rider
Create a Boar creature that can attach itself to other creatures and provide benefits to it
They were made in mtg.design (which might be defeating some small point of this, come to think of it) to get the transform border. Anyway, I'll take another box.
