First honorable mention is Drop the Masks by @ningyounk - this card is extremely fun an I just can't think of all the hilarious shinanigans you could do with it. It's just too Unstable. Your prize is one fave on a card of your choice and ONE - WHOLE - QUARTER OF A CIRCUIT POINT!
The second honorable mention goes to @sanjaya666 for his card channel the Storm. This is extremelly fun in how much you can clone it. Love it. Your prize is also a fave on one card and ONE - WHOLE - QUARTER OF A CIRCUIT POINT.
And the last honorable mention is for @riib11 for Tectonic Chorus. This is the beauty in simplicity our world needed. What can you get for a lot of mana? More mana! Your prize is one fave as well and a QUARTER OF A CIRCUIT POINT.
And noooow, the winners:
On third place is... @TenebrisNemo with Justice Forevermore! This card would be fantastic in commander in my oppinion. And who doen't love commander and epic cards in it? You win three favorites on cards of your choice and creation and TWO WHOLE QUARTERS OF A CIRCUIT POINT. I mean *ehm ehm* one whole HALF of a circuit point.
The second place is occupied by... @Red_Tower with his Planar Rift! Love the Ultimatum feel of this card, the fact that it interacts with cards outside of the game (I always like those cards) and it looks very nice. I would maybe have said "up to two..." but that's a minor detail. You get four faves for your work and THREE WHOLE QUAR- ok, I stop. You get three quarters of a circuit point.
And the one and only winner on the first place is... @ArmisJoe with AEthervault! (Sorry, I can't write that ae). The card is beautiful, simple, epic, powerfull an I love the flavor text. And YOU, @ArmisJoe, win FIVE faves on any cards you made and ONE - WHOLE - CIRCUIT POINT. Nice, now it's really "whole".

One last card I'd want to mention here, but it didn't get into either HM or the winner places, is Forsaken by the Gods by @RohanDragoon. Phasing works only on permanents, but I found your idea very interesting. (Also, your other card - Sunbirth at Jarlskaarth - was very nice, but didn't get a place here, so... hope you don't mind).
