Would be a great card to precede a board wipe. Does have significant draw back however, to balance out his other ability.
Not technically a Zombie himself, he can make them however, and can become one himself.

Background Information: Aldon is a spirit from the plane of Theros. Most of all of the spirits who lived there lived off of fear. Aldon was very rare spirit who lived off of the human souls he would consume. After Heliod locked Aldon in a prison for all of the poor humans he murdered, Aldon's planeswalker spark was ignited and he broke free from his prison and went on a bloodthirsty rampage and went on to slay all of Heliod's champions or soon to be champions. After Aldon was fully satisfied, he turned his attention to Heliod. He turned to Erebos for help and Erebos and Aldon agreed on a plan to slay Heliod. Erebos lured Heliod out from the heavens and Aldon tore Heliod's soul from his body. Aldon consumed his soul and gained Heliod's godly powers, killing Heliod in the process. Aldon ascended as a planeswalker god, the God of Souls.
