My first custom mtg card ever wasn't even an mtg cardsmith card. It reads (word for word):
Revival Reaper 4UUBB (8/8)
Creature--Zombie
"Once during your turn, before you go into combat, you may put a target creature card from target players graveyard onto the battlefield under your control."
My first mtg cardsmith card has since been deleted from my account, but it read:
Red, Champion of Kanto 3RR (Loyalty 4)
"+1: Search your library of a Pokemon creature card and add it to your hand.
-2 :Cast target Pokemon creature spell from your hand without paying its mana cost.
-8: Gain control of up to two target Pokemon creatures. Those creatures gain haste and put 2 +1/+1 counters on those creatures."
