Wording suggestion: Counter each spell you don't control that targets one or more creatures you control unless its controller pays {1} for each +1/+1 counter on the targeted creatures.
Alternate wording: Whenever one or more creatures you control become the target of an instant or sorcery spell you don't control, counter that spell unless its controller pays {1} for each +1/+1 counter on those creatures.
@SmartPeople, do both -or- neither wordings need to specify Instant/Sorcery here?
@Faiths_Guide I thought about it, but the whole point is that the weirdness of it makes it blue, because it's not regular growth it's really some kind of weird mutation ^^ On top of flavour, which is my main reason to do it like that, I also think it reads better ^^
It does have some *really* weird implication though... "+1/+1 counters matter" stop affecting your cards during this turn because they don't exist anymore! That's with this kind of things I wanted to convey the weirdness of Blue in a colour combination that is, overall, very very Green due to its focus on +1/+1 counters ^^
P.S: If you want to discuss the card, maybe we should go to the comment section below the specific card to avoid flooding?
@KimJongMartin On the contrary, I think it's extremely powerful, it's great! But it's a colour pie break, Green is not supposed to copy creatures, that's Blue's thing. It should be multicoloured not hybrid ^^ But the concept is really cool!
P.S: If you put a comment under your cards, we will be able to reply to it and you'll get a notification whenever we do, which is great for feedback ^^
@ningyounk Thanks! Always appreciate feedback for my cards. Whenever I comment on a card, though, it always says 'Cardsmith needs a verification email' or something, but whenever I do, it still doesn't work.

I actually based my wording off of http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=394598, since it is the shortest version of this type.
Your second wording is the same as that of http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=389531, no need to specify Instant/Sorcery
I really like the flavor of that card, but it would be unequally prettier, if you just made the reminder text for Evolve in italics.
@UndeadZombie22
Very nice! Thanks a lot!
Meanwhile, I made another "fun with counters" card:
And like I said, an updated version of Sacrificing Opposition with new artwork and improved (at least IMO) wording.
"Until end of turn, each creature gets +1/+1 for each +1/+1 counter on it."

Isn't there a card exactly like that out there? o.O
Edit: Ah no, it's okay, I'm sorry. The one I thought of was Simic Fluxmage and it is just quite a bit, but significantly different. Have my fav, sir!

This card doesn't really care about +1/+1 counters, it just puts them on a creature.
Less focussed on the +1/+1 counter, but more streamlined and playable at the end, I think. Special thanks to @ningyounk who helped me updating it.
