Wow! After hours upon hours of sifting, deliberation, and very difficult decisions I present to you the winning Womps!
From 72 Unique Submissions (You guys are insane) I have picked out 18 Womps that will make it into the set (filling out 18 empty slots. When I started this I was aiming for 3 at best, you guys never cease to surprise me).
I will upload the 3 elimination rounds + bonus. Mostly because everything all at once is too large for MTGCardsmith to handle.

Yes, it is a 5 color mana dork, but it is one of the most intruiging, well designed 5 color mana dorks I have ever seen. The art choice and design aesthetic fit the card perfectly, and the drawback of only being able to tap for one color is a very clever while non-crippling drawback. Well done sir.
An orzhov Womp, and not only that, a very simple, cleanly designed and well balanced orzhov Womp with a wonderful art choice, concise flavour, and beautifully framed text.

Beautiful design, the double edged sword Womp counter ability is a great touch to a very flavorful, off-color aggressive design with very strong defensive capabilities. It's well-rounded, strong, has flavor out the whazoo, and it's adorable.

@Tutlaschk you are a fantastic human bean. This card does so many things right without stumbling even once! (the "Wompus" text is clearly unintentional and has been disregarded for the purpose of judging.) It introduces a new mechanic to the Womp archetype that is not only balanced but intriguing and fantastically flavourful. Along with the it's a relevant standalone card outside of the archetype while being balanced by a constricting mana cost and underpowered P/T. The card itself is flavourful, beautiful aesthetically, and more than deserving of the #1 position.

Claiming your prize!
If your card is in the Top 18 (Round 3) you may have it entered into the main Womp set! You have 2 ways of doing this.
1: You may choose to only have it credited by link, I will put the link to your card in the set description and leave it at that.
2: I re-upload your card so that I may put it directly into the set with all the other Womps, you will be credited in the card comments along with a link directly to your original card. You will also receive credit in the set description. (This is also a chance to perform any final errata, bonus!)
Surprise! the Top 3 isn't just an arbitrary list of praise!
4th/3rd place get 5 favourites of your choice.
2nd place gets 7 favourites of your choice
1st place gets 10 favourites of your choice
