  Check out Dilution which reads: When this creature blocks one or more creatures, those creatures get -X/-0 until end of turn, where X is this creatures power.
  And to clarify, this ability debuffs the creature with Dilution too, not just the creatures its blocking.

  I know this card isn't TRULY water based, but just for clarification, it is themed around the panning of water for gold. And in case this looks familiar, it's a remake of a card I made for my set WUBWins, an old set that's been virtually abandoned.
